Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries are made by either Australia Post/Fastway/TNT depending on the parcel size and destination. We offer 'free' delivery 'Australia wide'. If your order is subject to a Special Delivery Fee we will notify you to confirm your Order.
We aim to deliver your order within the following time frames:
Within 2 - 4 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas. Within 7 - 10 business days for regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email containing the tracking details so you are able to track the status of your delivery.
International delivery rates are available on check out. Allow up to 14 business days for delivery subject to the destination.

Returns & Replacements
This policy applies to products purchased from the website: designerinabox.com.au. All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian dollars.
Designer in a box provides three return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products, and to Australian customers where change of mind policy applies:
Credit Note to Designer in a box
Full refund to your account (eg credit card, PayPal etc)
These items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14days from the date of being originally received.
On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (eg. credit card, Paypal etc) will be refunded.
Change of mind Policy:
We will accept returns for change of mind provided that the return is from an Australian address, and is made within 14 days from the date of your order being received. For health reasons quilts, underlays, mattress and pillow protectors are non-returnable unless faulty. As such, you cannot return these even if they are unused under our change of mind policy.
Change of mind returns will be at the customers expense.
No provision has been made at this stage for International returns.
If a product is faulty or incorrectly delivered then we are more than happy to rectify the problem. These items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Once your items have been received by us, please allow up to 5 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account. Receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refunds.

Please be aware that once an order and payment has been processed the order cannot be changed.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Full payment must be made at the time of order, by either credit card, PayPal or direct deposit to our account.
Contact our orders department for direct deposit account details. Direct deposit orders can only be made via telephone or direct email to the orders department.
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD). All international orders will be converted to Australian dollars by way of our banking gateway.
All exchange rates will be controlled by our banking gateway and not by Designer in a box. If you have any queries regarding exchange rates and or conversion rates you will be directed to the National Bank gateway.
Designer in a box will be running promotions from time to time. These promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions (as specified with the offer). You should read these terms and conditions carefully. All reference to times in promotions are based on local time in New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure you CHECK your order before confirming your payment online. This will save a lot of problems with having items to return.

Once your order has been placed and paid for online, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the order confirmation has been received and is ready for dispatch by Designer in a box, we will email you with your tracking details. Your order can be then tracked via our freight provider.
Your orders will also appear in the 'my orders' tab once logged into the Members /VIP Areas.

Business Days: means a week day in which trading banks are open for the transaction of banking business in New South Wales, Australia.
Delivery Address: means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the electronic Order Form on the Website
Delivery Agent: means any nominated third party delivery or shipping company for Designer in a box
Delivery Fee: means the fees charged for the delivery of Goods as part of Shipping and Delivery in Customer Services above.
Goods: means the items offered for sale, described or displayed on the Website
GST: has the meaning provided by A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth)
Law: means any written rule or collection of rules, including, but not limited to any statute, regulation, order or rule, any government ordinance of by-law, any governmental agency's rule, regulation or determination, and any form of custom or policy recognised and enforced by judicial decision.

Price: means the purchase price of each Good as specified on the Website including GST.
Special Delivery Fee: means the delivery fee charged for goods that require a special delivery.
